About Mobile Banking

Monitor your accounts using your mobile phone...receive alerts, view accounts, transfer funds, pay bills and make deposits. Our Mobile Banking services include a Downloadable App, Mobile Browser Banking, Text Banking and Alert Banking.  Watch Video to learn more.

Note: You must be enrolled in Online Banking to use Mobile Banking. 

Downloadable App: Get the RiverWood Bank App for your iPhone or Android device. Receive all the benefits of Mobile Browser Banking, enhanced for your device's unique features. 

Mobile Browser Banking: Get full mobile banking capabilities with a site designed to fit neatly into your device's screen. Mobile Browser Banking works with any web-enabled device and is a nice option for mobile devices not capable of using the Downloadable App (phones other than iPhone or Android devices).

Text Banking: Send simple text commands (such as BAL) to the bank from your SMS-enabled phone to inquire about basic account balances and transaction history. Receive text message responses directly to your phone. 

Alert Banking: Include text message alerts with your mobile banking service to monitor your mobile banking accounts. Choose how you want to be notified of changes to account balances and activity.

Enroll from your phone - download the NEW RiverWood Bank App!
On your mobile device, open the App Store or Google Play, or click either of the download images below and search for RiverWood Bank.  Once installed, open the app, enter your User ID, answer a challenge question, and enter your Password to log in.


Enroll from your PC through Online Banking

1. Log in to Online Banking and go to User Options (located at upper right of screen).
2. Under Mobile Banking Profile - click Enroll Now.
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Continue.
4. Follow the instructions to select your mobile banking services:

  • To request a download link for the Downloadable App, enter your phone number and click Send.
  • Check the boxes for the other mobile services you would like (Mobile Browser, Text Messaging, and/or Alerts) and click Continue.
  • Select your Time Zone and check boxes to select one or more Eligible Accounts.
  • Enter a Mobile Banking Nickname for each selected account, if desired, and click Continue.
  • Enter your mobile phone number and click Continue.
  • Locate the activation code sent via text message to the mobile phone.
  • On the Enter Activation Code page, type the activation code and click Activate.
  • A confirmation message and Important Information page appears.
  • Separate text messages are sent for each enrolled service (SMS, Mobile Browser, and Mobile App).
